About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional, marble coffee tables, and a feature wall. This comprehensive living room scene showcases a large L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring an integrated wooden console unit between the seating sections. The arrangement is complemented by two circular coffee tables with white marble tops and fluted wooden bases. A matching brown leather-upholstered armchair sits adjacent to the sofa, paired with a small side table. The entire assembly is framed by a sophisticated feature wall comprised of vertical timber slats and light-toned panels, flanked by illuminated open shelving units that provide a structured, high-end aesthetic.

The download is a 129 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy management of the furniture, decor, and wall-cladding components. Users can merge the entire set directly into an existing project file or extract individual assets like the sofa or tables for use in other layouts. The materials are pre-configured for standard render workflows; ensure that texture paths are re-linked upon import to maintain the proper mapping of the wood grain and marble surfaces.

Ideal for high-end residential projects, luxury apartment visualisations, or hotel lobby renders, this scene provides a ready-to-use focal point for interior design presentations. It pairs well with modern lighting schemes and minimalist architectural details. Professionals searching for 'living room furniture set', 'sectional sofa with console', or 'contemporary interior scene' will find this model useful for quickly populating floor plans and generating high-quality marketing imagery during the design development or final presentation stages of a project.
