Contemporary Brown Velvet Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a double-height interior with brown velvet seating and marble accents. Defined by a sophisticated, warm palette, this double-height living room scene focuses on luxury textures and clean, vertical lines. The primary seating consists of a large, modular brown velvet sofa paired with two matching leather-style armchairs. A central coffee table features a polished marble top with a thin metal frame, complementing the minimalist circular pendant luminaires suspended above. The architecture incorporates floor-to-ceiling glazing with a city skyline view, vertical wall panelling that draws the eye upward, and a neutral, grey-toned floor finish. The composition balances open space with curated furniture groupings.

The download is a 138 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational environment for high-end residential visualisations. The file is structured to allow for easy camera placement and lighting adjustments, ideal for testing materials and composition within a pre-built architectural shell. Users can modify individual furniture components or adjust the sunlight settings to suit specific time-of-day requirements. Ensure that all textures are correctly mapped and linked within your preferred render engine before initiating test renders to maintain the integrity of the reflective marble and velvet finishes.
