Contemporary Brown Leather Open-Plan Living Room Scene – Variant 3

A contemporary open-plan living room SketchUp scene featuring a brown leather sofa, marble wall cladding, and wood panelling. This fully furnished open-plan living room scene showcases a sophisticated contemporary aesthetic defined by a rich, warm material palette. The focal point is a channel-tufted brown leather sofa, complemented by a low-profile coffee table and a knitted grey pouf. The backdrop features dramatic dark marble slab cladding contrasted with vertical timber wall slats and integrated linear wall lighting. A decorative CNC-cut screen provides subtle spatial separation, while a large, circular gold-toned chandelier anchors the seating area. The composition balances clean lines with organic textures, including a patterned area rug and soft linen-look curtains.

The download is a 213 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational template for high-end residential projects. The model is structured for quick camera placement and lighting adjustments, ideal for rapid visualisation workflows. Users should verify that all geometry is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy editing or swapping of individual furniture components. The included materials are mapped for standard render engines, allowing for efficient texture scaling and environmental lighting setups to achieve the desired atmosphere without extensive re-modelling of the architectural shell.
