Contemporary Brown Leather Living Room Scene – Variant 7

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a brown leather sofa, matching armchair, and a textured grey rug. This fully furnished living room scene presents a sophisticated, warm-toned aesthetic. A deep brown leather sofa acts as the primary anchor, paired with a coordinating leather armchair on black metal legs. The space is grounded by a large, textured grey rug atop a herringbone timber floor. Behind the seating area, a feature wall integrates vertical wood paneling with an illuminated shelving unit displaying decorative objects and a bust. A low-profile, asymmetric black coffee table and a tufted grey ottoman provide additional functional detail, while sheer curtains soften the natural light entering from the large window.

The download is a 242 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a complete base for high-end residential visualisations. The file is structured to allow for easy camera positioning and adjustments to lighting settings. Users should check the layer organisation to toggle individual furniture pieces or decor elements as needed. Materials are mapped for immediate rendering, though users may wish to swap texture paths or adjust reflection values depending on their specific render engine requirements to achieve the desired level of realism for client presentations.

This scene is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for high-end apartment or house living room concepts. It serves as an excellent starting point for designers looking to demonstrate spatial arrangements, material palettes, or lighting schemes to clients during the design development stage. Architects and visualisers can easily adapt the layout to fit different floor plans or integrate additional custom furniture pieces, making it a versatile asset for creating polished, professional-grade interior renders for marketing or design review purposes.
