Contemporary Brown and White Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated brown and white palette with warm wood cladding. Defined by a balanced, layered aesthetic, this interior scene showcases a large, low-profile brown fabric sectional sofa anchored by a circular marble-topped coffee table. The open-plan layout seamlessly transitions into a high-end kitchen area, distinguished by white cabinetry and a striking black veined marble backsplash. Warm timber panelling on the ceiling and walls provides a cohesive visual thread, while integrated lighting and full-height curtains add texture. Every element, from the desk chair to the soft area rug, is curated to maintain a refined, professional atmosphere suitable for high-end residential visualisation and architectural presentation.

The download is a 543 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
