About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp interior scene features a blush leather sectional sofa and open-plan dining area with marble floors. Centred around a large L-shaped blush leather sectional sofa with quilted base detailing, this open-plan residential scene integrates a low-profile dark wood coffee table and a matching dining set. The space is defined by soft curved archways, warm timber slatted ceiling features, and crisp white wall finishes. A large-scale monochrome artwork anchors the living zone, while the adjacent kitchen area displays a hexagonal tiled backsplash and dark cabinetry. The clean, refined aesthetic is unified by reflective marble flooring, providing a balanced, high-end residential atmosphere suitable for immediate architectural visualisation projects.

The download is a 104 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for direct use in SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy editing of furniture, lighting, and architectural elements. Users can manipulate the camera views to establish perspectives, adjust material textures for custom render engine outputs, or replace individual assets within the environment. Best practice involves managing geometry through groups and components to maintain file performance during complex scene updates or integration into larger building models.

Ideal for residential interior design proposals, this scene serves as a foundation for apartment layouts, living room visualisations, or open-plan dining concepts. It pairs well with modern lighting fixtures and minimalist decor to refine the composition. Professionals searching for pre-assembled living and dining environments will find this model effective for rapid project iteration, client presentations, or as a reference for material palettes and spatial flow in high-end urban apartment developments.
