About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a beige fabric sofa, exposed timber ceiling beams, and a coastal aesthetic. This fully furnished interior scene showcases a contemporary open-plan layout, blending a living area with an adjacent bedroom space separated by a structural arch. The room is defined by its textured plaster walls and a rhythmic exposed timber beam ceiling, which adds warmth to the neutral palette. Key furniture includes a low-profile modular beige sofa, a minimalist dark-toned coffee table, and a slatted-front sideboard. Decor elements such as a large sculptural pendant light, a textured wall relief, and soft floor-to-ceiling curtains complete the cohesive, tranquil atmosphere, while large windows provide an expansive view of the sea.

As a complete 3ds Max scene, this file is structured for immediate rendering. Professionals should check the layer organisation to manage individual furniture elements or lighting components independently. The materials are pre-applied, though users should verify pathing for textures upon opening. Adjusting the camera angle or light intensity allows for rapid iteration during the design development phase. Best practice involves using this asset as a base for customisation; scaling or swapping individual assets can tailor the scene to specific project requirements.

Ideal for architectural visualisations, this scene suits high-end residential projects, boutique hotels, or coastal villa developments. It provides a ready-made environment for interior designers and visualisers looking to demonstrate open-plan living concepts or warm, minimalist material palettes. The asset is well-suited for early design presentations where a finished look is required to communicate spatial flow and atmosphere.
