Contemporary Beige Fabric Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated neutral palette with integrated kitchen cabinetry. The composition centres on a large beige fabric sectional sofa paired with a low-profile marble-topped coffee table. A single lounge chair with a slim metal base sits to the side. Behind the seating area, the space transitions into an open-plan kitchen featuring timber-fronted cabinetry and backlit glass shelving. Lighting is defined by a sculptural multi-ring pendant fixture and a linear neon-style light. The material palette balances warm timber wall panelling with soft textiles, stone surfaces, and metallic accents. Every element, from the decorative rug to the kitchen appliances, is fully realised within the scene.

The download is a 224 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
