About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a curated arrangement of neutral fabric seating and warm wood accents. The composition centres on a deep, low-profile beige sofa paired with a matching armchair and a clean-lined, slatted timber coffee table. A light-toned lounge chair with woven detailing provides a textural contrast, while the background features a distinctive vertical timber slat wall panel. The space is grounded by a large, textured grey rug and accessorised with minimalist abstract wall art, a sculptural floor lamp, and potted greenery. Every element is balanced to create a serene, cohesive atmosphere, with proportions tailored for a refined, modern residential setting.

The download is a 88 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this scene as a foundational starting point for high-end residential visualisations. In SketchUp, the file is organised to allow for easy manipulation of individual components, enabling users to adjust lighting parameters, swap material textures, or reposition furniture items to suit specific floor plans. The geometry is optimised for efficient rendering, making it straightforward to integrate into larger project models or to use as a standalone template for testing light conditions and material palettes.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene serves as a high-quality reference for living room layouts and material combinations. It is particularly effective for architects and interior designers working on luxury apartment or hotel lobby visualisations who require a polished, ready-to-render environment. Designers often search for this type of set when seeking inspiration for neutral, tactile interior schemes that pair well with natural timber, soft textiles, and modern art, ensuring a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic for client presentations.
