About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a curated arrangement of fabric furniture and stone accents in a neutral palette. The space is anchored by a large, low-profile beige fabric sectional sofa, complemented by a houndstooth lounge chair perched on a monolithic marble block base. Central to the composition are two tiered coffee tables with cylindrical pedestal supports. A striking suspended black metal fireplace sits to the left, balanced by an arched, built-in shelving unit with integrated timber slats. The floor is finished in wide-plank timber, layered with a textured grey rug. Soft, organic shapes define the lighting, including a large, sculptural pendant light and a stacked, spherical floor lamp.

The download is a 96.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.
