About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a curated neutral palette, minimalist furniture, and architectural wall detailing. This interior scene presents a sophisticated living area defined by a balanced, neutral colour scheme. The composition features a low-profile white modular sofa paired with a sculptural brown fabric armchair and a circular timber coffee table with cylindrical supports. The backdrop includes a curved wall with vertical fluting and textured plaster finishes, complemented by indirect cove lighting. Accents such as a contemporary dual-globe floor lamp on a marble base and a large circular rug ground the space, while subtle decor items like glass vases and art prints complete the refined, cohesive aesthetic.

The download is a 27.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a comprehensive SketchUp scene, this file is structured for immediate architectural visualisation. Users can navigate the pre-set camera angles to evaluate spatial proportions or adjust the material mapping and textures within the native environment. The model is organised to allow for the easy isolation of individual furniture components or wall elements, making it straightforward to swap out assets or modify the lighting setup to suit specific project requirements while maintaining the integrity of the original design intent.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene serves as a foundation for high-end apartment or villa visualisations. It provides a professional reference for layering textures and lighting in neutral, contemporary spaces. Practitioners can utilise this layout to quickly populate client presentations or as a base for customising bespoke living areas. It pairs effectively with high-quality architectural renders and is suitable for design stages ranging from initial concept development to final photorealistic marketing imagery for luxury developments.
