About this asset

This contemporary executive office scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated walnut-toned workspace with a dedicated lounge area. Defined by a refined palette of walnut wood, quilted beige leather, and textured grey fabric, this executive office layout balances professional utility with residential comfort. The centrepiece is a substantial desk featuring a quilted leather front and stone-look top, paired with an ergonomic leather task chair. Adjacent to the workstation, a compact lounge area includes a grey sofa, a matching armchair, and a circular coffee table. A floor-to-ceiling walnut cabinetry system with integrated vertical lighting provides extensive storage and display shelving, while full-height grey curtains soften the architectural lines of the space.

The download is a 218 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

As a fully assembled interior scene, this file is ready for immediate integration into larger architectural projects. Users can easily adjust the camera position to capture specific vignettes or modify the lighting setup to match project-specific daylight conditions. The scene is organised into logical layers, allowing for the isolation of individual furniture pieces like the desk or sofa for use elsewhere. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows, requiring only minor adjustments to reflectivity or glossiness to suit specific project requirements.

This scene is ideal for visualising high-end corporate interiors, home offices, or luxury commercial suites. It serves as a comprehensive reference for spatial planning and material coordination in professional design workflows. Architects and interior designers can utilise this asset to demonstrate executive office layouts, pairing it with contemporary lighting fixtures and minimalist decor to refine the composition. Search for this model when seeking a turnkey solution for office interior renderings, workstation arrangements, or high-quality executive space design.
