About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a balanced neutral palette with integrated shelving and stair details. The scene presents a sophisticated open-plan living area defined by a refined, neutral material palette. Central to the composition is a modular beige sofa paired with a low-profile, dual-tier marble coffee table. The surrounding space incorporates a contemporary lounge chair and a secondary seating arrangement. A notable architectural feature is the staircase wall, which integrates illuminated shelving set against grey marble cladding and dark vertical timber panelling. Recessed ceiling lighting and strategic accent glows provide depth to the composition, while the layout is grounded by layered rugs in contrasting dark and light tones.

The download is a 413 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
