About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max double bed set features a plush upholstered frame and an integrated full-height timber feature wall panel. The assembly comprises a low-profile double bed frame wrapped in charcoal fabric, paired with a substantial floor-to-ceiling headboard wall panel. This panel is composed of vertical timber slats in a dark finish, punctuated by slim metallic vertical accents for a refined, modern aesthetic. The bedding set includes layered white and charcoal linens, decorative scatter cushions in varied textures, and a draped throw. The entire arrangement is grounded by a textured dark grey area rug, creating a cohesive, monochromatic sleeping zone suitable for high-end residential interiors or boutique hotel suites.

The download is a 37.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised by logical naming conventions for the bed frame, bedding elements, and wall panel components. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the floor level for accurate placement. Materials are applied as standard multi-sub-object shaders, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric bump maps or timber grain scale. The wall panel can be detached or resized to fit specific room heights, while the bedding assets are instanced for efficient memory management during final rendering.

Ideal for master bedroom visualisations, this bed set provides a complete design solution for contemporary interior projects. It pairs well with minimalist bedside tables and ambient wall-mounted lighting. Designers often use this asset to define the focal point of a room, especially in luxury apartment marketing or hotel room walkthroughs.
