About this asset

This modern luxury open-plan living room scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated palette of beige, brown, and charcoal tones. The scene showcases a high-end residential interior, defined by a large modular sofa with a mix of light beige and deep brown fabric upholstery. Centred in the living zone is a pair of circular coffee tables, one featuring a polished marble top and the other a reflective metallic finish. The layout seamlessly integrates a dining area and a kitchen, partitioned by dark-framed glass elements. Subtle recessed ceiling lighting and bespoke shelving with integrated illumination enhance the depth of the space. Every element, from the textured area rug to the decorative sculpture, contributes to a cohesive, high-contrast aesthetic.

The download is a 267 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
