The download is a 16.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 12 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max set into a project, users should manage the scene through the layer manager to separate the desk structure from the chair and peripheral components. The model is scaled for standard office ergonomics, allowing for direct merging into larger architectural scenes. Materials are applied using standard material slots, making it straightforward to adjust the finish of the desk or the leather texture of the chairs to match specific interior design requirements and lighting conditions within the viewport.
