About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a walnut-finished table and matching chairs with rattan backrests. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with a solid walnut-toned top and six chairs. The chairs feature a distinct mid-century inspired aesthetic, characterised by curved wooden frames and woven rattan backrests that offer a light, textural contrast to the dark wood. The seats are upholstered in a smooth, black material, providing a clean profile. The table is supported by a robust, minimalist base structure. This collection is presented with a decorative vase and books, demonstrating a balanced composition between the warmth of the natural wood and the sleek, dark seat upholstery.

The download is a 90 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The 3ds Max file is organised with logical naming conventions for easy merging into existing interior scenes. Users should verify the scale against their project units before placement. Materials are applied using standard slots, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or leather reflectivity. The set is ideal for populating dining room renders, where the chairs can be easily arranged or individually selected to suit different table configurations or spatial requirements within a larger architectural visualisation workflow.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, high-end apartment projects, and boutique hotel restaurant spaces, this set brings a refined, contemporary character to a room. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles, warm neutral palettes, and spaces featuring natural materials like stone or timber flooring. Designers often search for rattan-back dining chairs or walnut dining tables to create a sophisticated, lived-in aesthetic. The set is particularly effective in staged interior scenes where a balance of comfort and modern design is required for client presentations.
