About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a dense, trailing flowering vine cascading over a textured stucco wall, ideal for realistic exterior visuals. This digital asset represents a lush, trailing vine species characterized by slender, drooping stems densely covered in small, oval-shaped green leaves. The model includes delicate clusters of small, light-toned flowers distributed along the length of the foliage, adding textural variety. The plant is depicted draped naturally over the top edge of a vertical surface with a rough, stucco-like finish, creating a realistic overhang effect. The geometry captures the organic irregularity of natural growth, providing a soft, layered appearance that breaks up the hard lines of architectural wall elements in a scene.

The download is a 209 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max asset directly into their scene to populate exterior boundary walls or terrace edges. The model is structured for efficient placement, allowing designers to snap the plant base to the top of a wall geometry. Adjusting the scale or rotation of the vine instances helps to avoid repetitive patterns across longer wall runs. Texture mapping is pre-applied, ensuring consistent shading when using global illumination settings or standard sunlight systems for exterior architectural renders.

This vine is well-suited for high-end residential exterior projects, garden design, and terrace landscaping visualizations. It effectively softens concrete or stone retaining walls, privacy screens, and balcony edges. Architects and visualisers often use such assets to enhance the realism of Mediterranean or tropical-style building facades. It pairs seamlessly with stone paving, plaster wall finishes, and other outdoor furniture, helping to integrate the built environment with natural surroundings in site plans, courtyard renders, and masterplan presentations for developers and private clients.
