Traditional Dark Wood Indochine Living Room Set

This traditional Indochine living room set for 3ds Max features a dark wood sofa, armchairs, and a daybed with cream and yellow cushions. This comprehensive furniture arrangement captures a formal Indochine aesthetic, defined by dark-stained timber frames with intricate fretwork and carved detailing. The set comprises a central three-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, a long daybed, a large rectangular coffee table, and two side tables. Each seating piece is upholstered with cream-coloured seat cushions complemented by vibrant yellow bolster pillows and assorted decorative cushions in deep purple and teal tones. The coffee table features carved apron details and a low-profile stance, consistent with the refined, structured geometry typical of this classic East Asian-influenced interior design style.

The download is a 24.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, merge the entire collection as a single group or individual assets to maintain modular flexibility. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each piece for easy placement on floor planes. Apply standard material assignments to the wood textures to manage reflectivity and grain scale. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the intricate wood carvings without washing out the textile details, using area lights to simulate soft interior ambient conditions.
