Traditional Blue and White Ceramic Altar Set

This traditional ceramic altar set for SketchUp features a detailed collection of blue and white ritual vessels and decorative vases. This comprehensive set of traditional altar objects is crafted with a consistent blue and white aesthetic, featuring intricate painted motifs and glazed finishes. The collection includes a pair of large floor-standing vases, smaller lidded jars, incense burners with dragon-shaped handles, ritual cups, and decorative cranes. Several pieces are accompanied by dried floral arrangements, adding verticality and texture to the composition. The varied shapes and sizes, from broad-based bowls to slender cylindrical vessels, allow for a balanced and authentic arrangement on an altar cabinet or console table, reflecting classic cultural heritage design principles.

The download is a 110 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 25 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are organised as individual components, allowing for easy placement and rearrangement on surfaces. Users can utilise the native move and rotate tools to customise the layout according to specific altar dimensions. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures; ensure that texture mapping is preserved when scaling objects. For high-quality visualisations, consider adjusting the transparency or reflectivity of the ceramic glazes within your rendering engine to capture the subtle sheen of the finish.
