About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a slender palm plant housed in a grey textured ceramic planter with a white base. The assembly consists of a lush, multi-frond palm plant set within a tapered, cylindrical ceramic planter. The exterior of the pot features a dense, repeating geometric pattern in a muted grey finish, contrasting with a smooth white circular base plinth. The top of the planter is filled with decorative light-coloured stone pebbles, providing a clean, finished appearance. The plant displays dense, vibrant green foliage with sharp, lanceolate leaves, creating a vertical silhouette that is well-proportioned for interior styling. The overall design provides a balanced mix of organic greenery and structured, modern material textures.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically managed as a single object group or component. Users should verify pivot points to ensure correct placement on floor or furniture surfaces. The material maps for the ceramic texture should be checked for scale upon insertion. Since this is a high-density botanical model, grouping the object or using a proxy system is recommended when populating large-scale scenes to maintain viewport performance during the lighting and rendering process.

This potted plant is suited for adding natural elements to contemporary residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or office breakout areas. It serves as an effective corner filler or a decorative accent on side tables and console surfaces. Designers often search for such assets when specifying greenery for staged interiors, looking for clean, neutral-toned planters that complement minimalist or modern palettes. It pairs well with other indoor plants, floor lamps, and decorative vases to create layered, inviting interior environments.
