About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a teal fabric modular sectional sofa paired with a marble coffee table. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centers on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a textured teal fabric. The set includes a multi-level white marble coffee table with black angular legs and a striking mustard yellow accent lounge chair on a wooden frame. The composition is grounded by a large area rug and backed by a full-height, vertical-panelled feature wall in a warm walnut-brown tone. Two matching wooden nightstands with white table lamps complete the symmetrical layout, providing a balanced and cohesive look suitable for high-end residential interiors or boutique hotel lobby designs.

The download is a 131 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

This SketchUp model is organized into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual components like the coffee table or lounge chair. Users should verify the scale upon insertion and manage the scene using the Outliner to toggle visibility for the feature wall or lighting elements. Texture maps for the fabric and wood finishes are embedded, but users may need to adjust the UV mapping if scaling the model significantly within their specific project environment.

Ideal for residential living room visualizations, this scene provides a complete focal point for interior design presentations. It works well in contemporary apartments, luxury lounges, or hospitality suites where a bold splash of colour is required. Designers can use this set to quickly populate floor plans or render high-quality perspectives for client approval. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and natural wood flooring, making it a versatile asset for rapid prototyping or final rendering in architectural projects.
