About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater tan leather sofa scene for SketchUp features a curated lounge arrangement with a coffee table and rug. The primary element is a clean-lined, three-seater sofa upholstered in tan leather, resting on slender metal legs. The scene is styled with an assortment of square and round scatter cushions in varying textures and a draped throw blanket in a muted brown tone. A rectangular timber coffee table sits in front, featuring an integrated side storage compartment. Completing the composition are a patterned white area rug, a minimalist pendant light, and a large abstract wall-mounted art piece. All components are arranged as a cohesive living room set, providing a balanced, neutral aesthetic.

The download is a 256 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can adjust the placement of the individual decor elements or swap the sofa materials using the native material editor. The components are scaled for standard interior dimensions, allowing for quick insertion into floor plans or 3D room studies. Ensure the layer structure is maintained when merging this scene into larger architectural files to keep the viewport manageable and to facilitate efficient lighting and rendering workflows.

This lounge scene is well-suited for residential design projects, particularly in living room or open-plan apartment layouts. It functions effectively as a pre-styled asset for interior visualisations, saving time on prop placement and furniture coordination. Designers looking for a warm, inviting aesthetic will find this set useful for staging guest suites, hotel lobbies, or casual meeting areas. It pairs well with modern timber flooring and neutral wall finishes, fitting seamlessly into contemporary or transitional interior design schemes.
