About this asset

This Scandinavian-style double bed 3ds Max model features a natural wood frame with a distinctive vertical spindle headboard design. Defined by its clean, light-toned timber frame, this double bed emphasizes a minimalist aesthetic through its airy spindle-style headboard. The construction is straightforward, utilizing slender vertical slats that provide structural support while maintaining a visual lightness. Included with the frame is a complete bedding set, comprising a plush mattress, two crisp white pillows, a secondary beige cushion, a neutral-toned duvet, and a dark grey textured throw blanket draped over the foot. The entire assembly rests on a patterned grey and white area rug, completing the cohesive, ready-to-use bedroom composition.

The download is a 140 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

This asset is provided as a 3ds Max file, optimized for rapid scene integration. Users should import the model into their master scene, ensuring the scale is verified against the project units. The bedding and frame components are organized into logical layers, allowing for easy material adjustments or texture swaps if a different colour palette is required. Lighting should be configured to highlight the natural wood grain and fabric textures, utilizing a soft area light or HDRI to achieve realistic shadows across the spindle headboard.

Ideal for residential bedroom designs or boutique hotel suites, this bed serves as a focal point in contemporary or Japandi-inspired interiors. It pairs effectively with light oak side tables, linen window treatments, and soft, warm-toned ambient lighting.
