Scandinavian Natural Wood and White Fabric Living Room Scene

This Scandinavian-style living room scene for SketchUp features a natural wood sofa, coffee table, wall shelves, and indoor plants. This curated furniture arrangement embodies a soft Scandinavian aesthetic, centred on a low-profile sofa with a light timber frame and spindle-style armrests. The sofa is paired with a minimalist circular coffee table on tapered legs and two matching wall-mounted C-shaped shelves. The upholstery consists of a plain white seat cushion and three matching scatter cushions. Completing the scene are two potted plants—one a small citrus tree and the other a tall, broad-leafed indoor plant—and a textured white area rug with decorative fringe detailing along the edges, providing a cohesive and balanced interior composition.

The download is a 69.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp scene directly into larger architectural projects as a pre-composed furniture group, saving time on styling and asset placement. The model components are organised for easy manipulation, allowing for individual adjustment of the plants, shelving, or seating to suit specific room dimensions. Texture mapping is applied to the timber and fabric surfaces, ensuring consistent visual quality when rendering. Best practice involves placing these elements within a dedicated layer to maintain control over scene complexity and visibility during the design process.
