Contemporary Grey Leather Tufted Sofa Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a tufted grey leather sofa, an armchair, a glass coffee table, and a rug. This curated living room set comprises a three-seater Chesterfield-style sofa with deep button tufting on the backrest and arms, finished in dark grey leather. It is paired with a matching upholstered armchair featuring a curved back. The centrepiece is a geometric coffee table with a clear glass top supported by a distinctive white structural base. A textured grey area rug provides a neutral foundation for the group. The inclusion of decorative cushions and small tabletop accessories completes the composition, offering a balanced mix of textures and clean, modern lines suitable for various interior schemes.

The download is a 36.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a collection of components, allowing for easy selection and individual placement within your model. The geometry is clean, with materials applied to distinct faces for straightforward editing or texture replacement. Ensure you check the component axes before placement to facilitate alignment with your floor plan. The file size is optimised for performance, though it is recommended to manage these as separate entities on specific layers to maintain scene responsiveness during the final rendering or documentation phases.
