About this asset

This Scandinavian 6-seater dining set in 3ds Max features a natural wood table and chairs with upholstered white seat cushions. This dining set comprises a rectangular dining table and six matching chairs, all crafted from light-toned natural wood with a visible grain. The chairs feature a curved, low-profile backrest that integrates seamlessly into the frame, supported by slender, tapered legs. Each seat is finished with a clean, white upholstered cushion, providing contrast to the warm timber tones. The design prioritises clean lines and functional geometry, characteristic of mid-century inspired Scandinavian aesthetics. All components are proportioned for standard dining heights, ensuring a cohesive look for contemporary interior layouts.

The download is a 24.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy placement within a scene. Users can adjust the material parameters of the wood texture to suit specific lighting conditions using standard material editors. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient scaling and layout adjustments. When importing, ensure the pivot points are set to the base of the legs for accurate floor placement, and verify that UV mapping is preserved across the chair frames and table surface.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, modern kitchen-diner configurations, or boutique hospitality spaces, this set provides a versatile foundation for various design schemes. It pairs effectively with minimalist decor, neutral colour palettes, and soft textile accessories. Professionals searching for timber dining furniture, 6-seater sets, or Scandinavian-style seating will find this asset suitable for high-quality architectural visualisations. It is well-suited for project stages ranging from concept development to final render, offering a balanced aesthetic that complements both bright, airy spaces and warmer, textured environments.
