About this asset

This Scandinavian-style SketchUp model features a tufted white fabric stool paired with a coordinating round geometric patterned rug. The stool presents a minimalist aesthetic, characterised by a circular, button-tufted upholstered seat in a textured white fabric. It is supported by four tapered, natural wood legs splayed outwards for stability. Accompanying the stool is a circular area rug featuring a muted geometric pattern in shades of beige, brown, and off-white. The rug provides a soft, layered foundation for the seating, creating a cohesive visual unit. The proportions are compact, making this set suitable for small-scale interior arrangements where texture and soft forms are required to break up rigid architectural lines.

The download is a 4.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised as a component set, allowing for easy placement and rotation. The materials are applied with standard texture mapping; users can adjust the fabric tiling or the rug's scale within the material editor to match specific project requirements. The stool and rug are grouped, but can be ungrouped to allow for independent positioning or to use the items separately within a larger scene composition.

This pairing works well in residential projects, particularly within a reading nook, a bedroom corner, or as a secondary seating element in a living room. It pairs effectively with natural timber flooring or neutral-toned carpets. Professionals searching for 'accent seating', 'small round stool', or 'bedroom rug set' will find this asset useful for staging interior visualisations. It adds a layer of comfort and domestic detail to architectural renders during the concept or presentation design stages.
