About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa and matching armchair set in sage green fabric is a SketchUp model featuring slender metal legs. The set comprises a three-seat sofa and a single armchair, both upholstered in a textured sage green fabric. The design features a low-profile aesthetic with slim, dark metal legs that provide a minimalist silhouette. The backrests are straight, while the seat cushions are deep and integrated into the frame. Included in the composition are two decorative scatter cushions—one in a solid blue and one in a grey geometric pattern—along with a circular coffee table with a light timber top and black metal frame, situated on a neutral grey area rug.

The download is a 27.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups for the sofa, armchair, and coffee table, allowing for easy placement and arrangement within a floor plan. The textures are applied using standard material slots, which can be easily edited or swapped to match specific project colour palettes. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly against their room geometry before applying lighting settings or global illumination parameters to achieve a realistic finish in their preferred rendering plugin or native SketchUp scene.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for residential lounge areas, hotel reception lobbies, and modern apartment living rooms. The neutral yet soft green tone complements various interior styles, from scandinavian to minimalist settings. Professionals can use this set to quickly populate interior scenes during the concept or design development stages. It pairs effectively with natural wood flooring, indoor plants, and soft lighting fixtures to create a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere in any architectural project that requires a high-quality, ready-to-use seating solution.
