About this asset

This 3-seater sofa 3ds Max model features a rustic natural wood frame paired with a collection of layered grey and green fabric cushions. Constructed with an exposed, organic-style timber frame, this three-seater sofa prioritises a relaxed, natural aesthetic. The base and armrests consist of slender, raw-wood members that provide a lightweight silhouette. Three distinct seat cushions are upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, offering a structured foundation. The backrest is composed of multiple scatter cushions in varying sizes and shades, including muted sage greens, dark charcoal, and soft cream tones. This combination of natural wood textures and layered textile elements creates a casual, inviting appearance suitable for informal living spaces or sunrooms.

The download is a 13 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for the frame and individual cushion components to facilitate material adjustments. Users should inspect the texture mapping on the timber elements to ensure the wood grain orientation aligns with their scene lighting. The cushions are provided as discrete objects, allowing for repositioning or individual modification of the fabric shaders. It is recommended to check the pivot points before placement to ensure the sofa sits flush against floor geometry in the scene.

This sofa is well-suited for residential projects, particularly in bohemian, rustic, or coastal-inspired living rooms and conservatories. Its relaxed configuration pairs effectively with jute rugs, indoor plants, and rattan accent furniture.
