Rustic Dark Wood TV Wall Unit with Floating Shelf

This rustic dark wood TV wall unit set, native to 3ds Max, features a decorative timber frame and a matching floating shelf with decor. This wall-mounted entertainment assembly comprises a substantial dark wood frame designed to surround a television screen, paired with a singular floating wooden shelf positioned below. The timber features a prominent, rustic grain finish, adding warmth and texture to the composition. Included in the set is a tall, tapered grey concrete planter containing a potted indoor plant, alongside a small glass vessel, providing a balanced, staged look. The assembly is intended as a cohesive unit for feature walls, offering a blend of functional storage and decorative elements within a unified, timber-heavy aesthetic.

The download is a 16.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for the independent manipulation of the TV frame, the floating shelf, and the decorative accessories. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for wall-mounting, typically at the rear face of the frame and shelf. Material maps for the wood grain are provided, which can be scaled or adjusted using standard UVW mapping modifiers to suit specific room dimensions and lighting conditions in your scene setup.

Ideal for residential living rooms, this TV wall unit works well in rustic or transitional interior design schemes. It is suitable for architectural visualisations requiring a ready-to-use entertainment focal point, particularly in projects focusing on cosy, lived-in family spaces. Professionals might search for this when specifying wall-mounted media storage, feature wall panelling, or decorative living room staging. It pairs naturally with neutral-toned soft furnishings, textured area rugs, and warm ambient lighting to enhance the natural wood tones of the assembly.
