About this asset

This classic round pedestal coffee table is a 3ds Max asset featuring a natural wood finish and a complete curated decorative set. This round coffee table features a traditional pedestal base with a stepped circular plinth, providing a stable and elegant foundation. The tabletop exhibits a smooth, light natural wood grain, finished with a subtle sheen that highlights its circular geometry. Included in the set are several decorative elements: a potted fern in a metallic vase, a pillar candle on a small stand, and two matching ceramic teacups with saucers. The proportions are compact, suitable for intimate lounge areas or as a feature piece in a transitional interior scheme, blending traditional craftsmanship with functional surface space.

The download is a 2.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file and check the scale against your floor plan to ensure the pedestal base sits correctly on the floor plane. The model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy separation of the table from the decorative accessories if needed. Apply custom wood textures to the tabletop surface to better match your specific project requirements, and adjust the lighting intensity to catch the natural highlights on the curved pedestal base detail.

Ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or high-end cafe interiors, this piece adds a refined touch to seating arrangements. It works well when paired with upholstered armchairs or positioned as a central accent in a smaller reading corner. Designers often search for classic pedestal tables to anchor traditional or transitional room designs. Use this model in architectural visualisations where a lived-in, styled aesthetic is required, specifically for close-up shots of lounge furniture arrangements or interior staging projects.
