About this asset

This wall-mounted Oriental altar SketchUp model features a natural wood finish, a decorative canopy, and a central golden Buddha statue. Constructed as a traditional wall-mounted unit, this altar combines warm-toned natural wood with ornate detailing. The main cabinet features a central decorative panel with geometric gold accents, flanked by two side drawers. Above the surface, a delicate wooden canopy with a lattice screen provides a sense of enclosure. A circular fretwork motif serves as a backdrop for the included golden Buddha statue, which sits prominently on the altar surface. Two minimalist white vases containing floral arrangements complete the composition, offering a balanced aesthetic suitable for a dedicated meditation space or spiritual focal point.

The download is a 7.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this model into a SketchUp scene, place the component as a wall-mounted family on your interior elevation. Ensure the insertion point is aligned with the desired mounting height. The model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and material overrides if a different wood finish or metal accent is required. Use the native layers to toggle the decorative accessories on or off depending on the desired level of detail for your specific render or construction document.

This altar is intended for residential projects, particularly in master bedrooms, private study areas, or dedicated prayer rooms. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interiors that require a singular, culturally significant focal point. Professionals often search for this asset when designing serene environments, spiritual retreats, or high-end hospitality suites that incorporate wellness elements. Its compact, wall-mounted form makes it an ideal choice for smaller floor plans where floor space is limited but a designated space for reflection is requested by clients.
