Oriental Dark Wood Dining Set with Horseshoe Chairs

This 3ds Max dining set features two traditional horseshoe-style armchairs and a matching dark wood table with red seat cushions. This three-piece furniture set draws inspiration from traditional Chinese aesthetic principles, featuring dark-stained wood construction throughout. The two armchairs exhibit the classic horseshoe backrest design with intricate openwork splats and carved arm supports. Each chair includes a vibrant red seat cushion detailed with circular patterned motifs. The central table features a rectangular top with subtle upturned ends, supported by a structured, rectilinear frame that mirrors the simplified geometric forms found in historic oriental carpentry. The ensemble presents a cohesive balance of dark, polished timber surfaces and bold, contrasting textile elements.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation within a scene. Users should check the pivot points of the chairs to ensure correct placement relative to the table surface. Materials are applied using standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or textile textures. When merging this into a larger interior project, ensure the scale is consistent with the scene units to maintain the intended proportions of the traditional furniture pieces.
