Oriental Black Wooden Dining Set with Screen

This oriental-style 3ds Max dining set features a black wooden table, chairs, a matching bench, and a decorative screen wall. This dining ensemble captures a formal oriental aesthetic, defined by its stark black wooden frame construction and contrasting white upholstery. The set comprises a rectangular dining table with a light-toned top, three individual chairs, and a long bench. Each seating piece features an intricate geometric lattice backrest pattern, echoed by the tall, integrated decorative screen wall positioned behind the arrangement. The screen provides a backdrop for a central circular floral artwork. The overall composition is balanced and symmetrical, suitable for high-end interior visualisations requiring a distinct cultural narrative and sophisticated furniture geometry.

The download is a 35.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for the screen, table, and individual seating units, allowing for easy manipulation of the layout. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each object for efficient placement. The provided textures for the wood finish and fabric upholstery can be mapped using standard UVW modifiers. Lighting the scene with an HDRI setup will help emphasise the contrast between the dark wooden elements and the light-coloured table surface.
