About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a neoclassical curtain set with ornate wood panelling and gold detailing, suitable for formal interior scenes. The assembly comprises a central window treatment flanked by two vertical wall panels. The curtains feature a layered composition with a white sheer base, deep red drapes, and a decorative cream-coloured valance finished with intricate gold-toned carvings. The flanking wall panels are constructed from dark-toned wood, featuring central red fabric inserts framed by gilded mouldings and vertical ornamental carvings. The design exhibits high-contrast detailing, with the rich wood grain and metallic gold accents providing a formal, opulent aesthetic typical of high-end traditional or neoclassical interior design schemes.

The download is a 31.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can adjust the mapping on the fabric components to ensure realistic draping and texture scale. The wood and gold elements are separated by material IDs, allowing for individual adjustment of reflection and glossiness parameters within the material editor. Given the detailed nature of the carvings, ensure that local pivot points are correctly aligned with the wall surface for precise placement against architectural elements.
