Neoclassical Brown Leather and Gold Trim Living Room Set

This ornate neoclassical living room set for SketchUp features leather upholstery, gilded wood frames, and a matching coffee table. This comprehensive furniture collection captures a formal neoclassical aesthetic through elaborate craftsmanship. The set includes a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a central coffee table, and two matching side tables, all finished in a deep brown leather accented by intricate gold-leaf carved wood details. The seating features tufted backrests and patterned fabric seat cushions, complemented by contrasting throw pillows. The coffee table and side tables share identical cabriole legs and gilded apron carvings, creating a cohesive visual narrative. Additional elements include wall sconces, a framed painting, and tabletop accessories, providing a complete, ready-to-render interior scene for traditional design schemes.

The download is a 84.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Integrating this set into SketchUp requires careful management of the component hierarchy to ensure smooth viewport performance given the high level of geometric detail. Users should place the furniture as a nested group, then apply custom materials or adjust existing textures via the material editor to suit specific lighting conditions. It is advisable to use layers or tags for the various accessories and lighting elements, allowing for toggling visibility during the modelling process or when setting up different camera angles for final architectural renders.
