The download is a 60.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object layers to allow for easy manipulation of individual components. Users can adjust the placement of the desk and shelves against wall geometry to suit specific floor plans. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates, ensuring correct wood grain orientation. The model is scaled to real-world proportions, making it ready for integration into architectural scenes. Lighting should be adjusted to reflect the intended interior environment, ensuring the wood textures respond accurately to global illumination and ambient occlusion settings.
