About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a marble-topped rectangular table and grey upholstered chairs. The set comprises a rectangular dining table with a white-veined marble surface supported by a bold, black metal geometric base. Accompanying the table are six contemporary dining chairs, each featuring a curved, upholstered shell in a soft grey fabric and slender, tapered black metal legs. The chairs provide a comfortable, wrap-around backrest profile, contrasting with the sharp, clean lines of the table. A modern linear pendant light with an organic, wavy illuminated element is included, suspended above the table to complete the dining scene arrangement.

The download is a 9.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should check the pivot points for the chairs to ensure efficient placement around the table surface. Materials are assigned to standard layers, allowing for quick adjustments to the fabric texture or metal finish. The scene includes light fixtures that can be integrated into the global lighting setup, with texture maps mapped to the marble and fabric surfaces for realistic rendering results in various lighting conditions.

This dining set is suited for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury apartment projects, or sophisticated hospitality environments such as boutique hotel breakfast areas. Designers often use this arrangement to create a balanced focal point in open-plan living areas. It pairs well with minimalist interior palettes, polished concrete or hardwood flooring, and neutral wall treatments.
