Natural Wood Venetian Blinds

These modern natural wood Venetian blinds for 3ds Max feature a classic horizontal slat design with a matching timber headrail finish. Constructed with individual horizontal timber slats, these blinds offer a clean, linear aesthetic suitable for contemporary interiors. The model includes a coordinating top headrail that conceals the internal mechanism, maintaining a streamlined appearance when mounted. The wood grain texture is consistent across the slats, providing a warm, organic contrast to glass and steel window frames. The configuration allows for precise light control and privacy, mimicking standard manual adjustment systems. Every component is modeled to scale, ensuring accurate representation of the slat depth and the spacing between each element in the assembly.

The download is a 20.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Integrate this asset into your 3ds Max scene by merging the file into your current project. Use the object pivot point to align the blinds with the top of your window frame. The material slots are pre-assigned, allowing for easy adjustment of the wood grain scale or reflection properties. Ensure your scene lighting is set up to interact correctly with the individual slat geometry to achieve realistic shadow casting and light filtration effects across the interior space.

Ideal for residential living rooms, home offices, and commercial workspaces where natural materials are preferred. These blinds pair effectively with minimalist furniture and neutral colour palettes. Professionals typically search for these when detailing window treatments for high-end apartment projects, boutique hotel rooms, or executive meeting areas. They provide a sophisticated alternative to fabric curtains, offering a structured look that enhances the architectural lines of a room while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere through the use of natural wood finishes.
