Natural Wood Rattan Swing Chair Set

This SketchUp model features a tropical-style wooden swing chair set with rattan detailing, soft cushions, and a freestanding frame. This set includes two freestanding swing chairs: a wider double-seater and a more compact single-seater. The structure is formed from tubular wood-finish frames, featuring gold-toned metal connectors at the joints. The seating buckets are woven from natural rattan, providing a textured, organic aesthetic. Each chair is equipped with a plush, channel-tufted grey seat cushion and decorative floral-patterned throw pillows. The seats are suspended by robust white ropes, allowing for a gentle rocking motion. The design balances lightweight, airy materials with a sturdy, architectural base, making it suitable for both covered terraces and open-air garden spaces.

The download is a 6.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised into groups, allowing you to easily reposition or scale the chairs within your project. The ropes and cushions are separated into distinct layers or components, enabling you to toggle their visibility or modify textures as needed. For optimal visual results, apply high-resolution wood grain textures to the frame and use soft lighting settings to highlight the intricate weave of the rattan sections. The geometry is clean, ensuring smooth performance when rendering in external plugins or native engines.
