The download is an 8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the object is placed at the correct floor level using the snap-to-grid tool. The velvet material is set up for standard material editors; check the texture mapping on the cushions to avoid tiling artifacts. Users can easily adjust the cushion positions or remove the bolster to change the look. If rendering at close range, verify that the subdivision settings are sufficient to capture the soft highlights typical of velvet surfaces in a well-lit scene.

This sofa is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and executive waiting areas where comfort and style are paramount. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, marble side tables, or textured area rugs. Designers searching for a plush, statement seating piece will find this model suitable for luxury project mood boards and interior visualizations. It works effectively in both bright, airy spaces and moodier, darker interior palettes, acting as a focal point in a seating arrangement.
