Natural Wood Outdoor Swing Chair Set

This contemporary outdoor swing chair set for SketchUp features two distinct freestanding wooden designs with textile seating elements. This set includes two unique freestanding swing chairs constructed primarily from natural-finish timber. The first unit is a hammock-style seat suspended within an A-frame structure, featuring a woven rattan-look seat base, a soft mattress cushion, and two patterned throw pillows. The second unit is a classic slatted wooden bench swing suspended from a sturdy, angled timber frame with integrated armrests. Both designs prioritize structural stability and comfort, making them suitable for various exterior environments. The natural wood tones provide a cohesive aesthetic, while the varied seating styles offer flexibility for different lounge configurations.

The download is a 10.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are provided as discrete components, allowing for easy placement within a site model. Users should verify that component axes are set to the base of the frames for simple ground-plane alignment. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match specific rendering workflows. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain scene organization, especially when integrating these pieces into larger exterior landscape designs.
