About this asset

This 6-seater 3ds Max dining set features a rectangular timber table and classic wishbone-style chairs with woven rattan seats. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with tapered legs and six wishbone-style chairs, all finished in a light natural wood tone. The chairs are distinguished by their curved backrests and Y-shaped supports, paired with traditional hand-woven rattan seats that provide texture and visual warmth. The table exhibits clean, minimalist lines suitable for contemporary or scandinavian interiors. The set includes simple decorative accessories like a glass vase and fruit, completing the composition. The proportions are balanced, focusing on ergonomic comfort and a light, airy aesthetic that avoids visual clutter in a dining room.

The download is a 60.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The 3ds Max file is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of individual chairs versus the main table. Users can apply custom wood grain maps to the surfaces to match specific project finishes. The rattan texture is mapped for realistic lighting interaction. As a grouped set, it is simple to scale and position within a floor plan or to swap out individual elements when creating variations for a project layout or interior visualisation.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, open-plan kitchen areas, or boutique cafe interiors, this set brings a scandinavian or wabi-sabi character to the space. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes, textured rugs, and minimalist lighting fixtures. Professionals searching for timber dining furniture, wishbone-style seating, or light-toned wood sets will find this asset versatile for various project stages, from early concept renders to final marketing visuals. Its neutral design ensures compatibility with diverse architectural styles, particularly those focusing on natural materials and comfort.
