Contemporary Blue and Beige Modular Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular blue sofa, a beige chaise, and a marble coffee table set. This comprehensive living room composition centers on a modular blue fabric sofa paired with a matching beige chaise lounge. The arrangement includes a dark-toned lounge chair and a tiered, circular coffee table with a marble top and dark timber base. In the background, a substantial feature wall incorporates marble cladding and vertical timber slats, providing a sophisticated backdrop for the seating. The ensemble is grounded by a large, neutral-toned area rug and accented by contemporary circular pendant lighting, creating a cohesive aesthetic that balances deep blue tones with warm beige textures and polished stone surfaces.

The download is a 87.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into your project, import the model as a component to ensure all nested assets remain grouped. Use the layer manager to isolate individual furniture pieces from the background wall panel if you need to rearrange the floor plan. The textures are mapped to standard SketchUp materials, allowing for easy scaling or replacement. For high-quality renders, ensure the geometry is placed correctly on your floor plane and adjust the lighting intensity to complement the existing circular pendant light fixtures.

This furniture set is ideal for high-end residential projects, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas. It works effectively in interior design proposals where a sophisticated, layered look is required. Professionals often search for modular seating arrangements, contemporary living room layouts, or luxury furniture sets to populate their architectural visualisations. This scene pairs well with minimalist interior styles and can be easily adapted for open-plan living spaces, providing a ready-made focal point for both client presentations and detailed design development stages.
