About this asset

This modern walnut wall-mounted TV cabinet set for 3ds Max features a floating console with fluted glass doors and two matching shelves. The assembly comprises a low-profile, wall-hung media console finished in rich walnut veneer. It features a combination of storage sections, including a cabinet with semi-transparent fluted glass doors and a drawer unit on the right side. Above the console, two slim floating shelves provide additional display space for decorative objects. The design is clean and minimalist, focusing on horizontal lines and natural wood grain textures. The set includes a selection of small accessories such as potted plants, bottles, and a portable radio, which enhance the realistic presentation of the unit.

The download is a 46.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the cabinet, shelves, and decorative props. Users can adjust the walnut texture mapping to suit specific project scales or lighting conditions. The wall-mounted configuration allows for flexible placement at varying heights, provided the pivot points are managed correctly. For optimal rendering, ensure the fluted glass material is correctly assigned to take advantage of refraction settings, and use standard studio lighting to highlight the wood grain detail.

Ideal for contemporary residential interiors, this wall-mounted storage system works well in living rooms, media suites, or compact apartment layouts. It pairs effectively with minimalist furniture and neutral wall finishes, serving as a focal point for entertainment areas. Architects and interior designers can specify this unit for projects requiring high-quality, space-saving media storage.
