About this asset

This modern tan leather armchair for 3ds Max features a minimalist black metal frame and clean, architectural lines for lounge areas. This armchair showcases a refined, industrial-inspired aesthetic defined by its slender black metal frame and generous upholstery. The piece consists of a deep, single-seat base and a separate, slightly angled backrest cushion, both finished in a smooth tan leather. The frame is constructed from thin-profile steel tubing that forms the legs and extends upward to support flat, integrated armrests. The proportions are balanced, offering a low-slung, comfortable profile that prioritises minimalist geometry. Its clean silhouette and warm material palette make it a versatile addition to contemporary interior schemes requiring focused, high-quality seating.

The download is a 23.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The geometry is organised into logical objects, allowing for easy material assignment or modification of the leather texture maps. Use the pivot point at the base for precise placement on finished floor levels. The metal frame material can be adjusted using standard physical material settings to control reflectivity and glossiness, ensuring it renders accurately within your chosen lighting setup and environment.

Ideally suited for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern executive office suites, this armchair provides a sophisticated accent. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables, area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps.
