Contemporary Walnut Fluted Four-Door TV Cabinet

This contemporary 3ds Max TV cabinet features a distinct fluted walnut finish and four doors with minimalist black vertical handles. Defined by its rhythmic fluted door fronts and soft rounded corners, this piece offers a sophisticated storage solution. The cabinet is constructed with a rich walnut-toned timber finish, providing a warm, textured aesthetic that contrasts with the sleek, slender black metal legs. It features a four-door configuration, each fitted with slim, vertical black hardware that maintains a clean profile. The top surface provides ample display space for decor, while the internal structure is designed to house media equipment or general living room storage, balancing functional utility with a refined, modern silhouette.

The download is a 4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for efficient scene management. Users should check the pivot point at the base for easy placement on floor planes. The fluted texture is achieved through high-quality mapping, which can be adjusted via the material editor if specific wood grain orientation is required. For optimal results, ensure the unit is scaled correctly against the room’s architectural elements before applying lighting setups to capture the depth of the vertical slats.

This versatile storage unit is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, media suites, or boutique hotel lobbies. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors, mid-century modern furniture, or luxury apartment schemes. Designers often seek this type of fluted media console when looking to add tactile depth to a neutral space. It works seamlessly as a focal point beneath wall-mounted televisions or as an elegant sideboard in dining areas, providing a cohesive look when styled with curated books, small sculptures, or framed artwork.
