About this asset

This modern minimalist wall clock is a SketchUp model featuring a slim black metal frame, a circular dial, and a pendulum detail. This wall clock features a clean, minimalist aesthetic defined by a thin circular metal frame that encloses a solid black dial. The timepiece uses a simple sans-serif typeface for the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock markers, complemented by slender linear indices for the remaining hours. A vertical rod connects the central dial to a small wall-mounting point at the top and extends downwards to form a slim, weighted pendulum. The entire assembly is finished in a matte black coating, offering a balanced, graphic silhouette that maintains visual lightness against any interior wall surface.

The download is a 94 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this model into a SketchUp project, place the component directly onto a vertical face using the native axis alignment. The file is structured with clean geometry, allowing for easy material overrides if a different metallic finish is required. For high-quality visualisations, apply a subtle metallic reflection map to the frame and adjust the global lighting settings to ensure the clock casts a soft, realistic shadow on the wall, effectively grounding the object within the scene.

This piece is well-suited for modern residential living rooms, home offices, or boutique commercial lobbies where a refined, unobtrusive timekeeping element is desired. It pairs effectively with contemporary furniture palettes and works best when mounted on neutral-toned walls or feature panels. Designers often search for this type of asset when styling minimalist interiors, looking for wall-mounted decor that adds a sculptural focus without overwhelming the space. It acts as a subtle transition piece between traditional pendulum clocks and contemporary wall art.
