Modern Living Room Sofa Set Collection

This SketchUp model collection features a variety of modern sofas, including sectional and modular configurations for residential living rooms. This collection provides four distinct sofa arrangements, ranging from streamlined three-seater designs to L-shaped modular sectional pieces. The models feature clean, contemporary silhouettes with block-style armrests and integrated cushions. Upholstery textures vary across the set, showcasing neutral fabric finishes in light cream, soft grey, and textured beige tones. The set includes complementary elements such as glass-topped coffee tables, side tables, and decorative cushions, which are integrated into the seating layouts. These models rely on simple geometric forms, making them versatile assets for creating diverse living room interior compositions.

The download is a 29.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as grouped geometry to facilitate easy placement and manipulation. Users can integrate these sofas into floor plans by importing the components and using the scale tool to adjust dimensions to specific room requirements. Materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments via the materials tray. These assets are lightweight, ensuring smooth navigation when populating larger residential scenes or architectural interior visualisations.
